Carmela Pirolli agent in Haddonfield, NJ office truly went above and beyond. Our corporate transferee purchased a short sale property. Just prior to closing the home was vandalized and the Seller had already cancelled the property insurance. Our agent stepped up and paid $500 of her own funds towards the repairs so our buyer could close.
Kudos to Carmela for staying with our client throughout a very long and difficult purchase process and for making the deal come together.
